Fair price and it was delivered quickly.

Easy to put on, they look very nice. They still seem to bounce a bit but I haven't ridden them yet. Much better than what I had before, I'll probably get another set. Time will tell how long they last. I have no comparison to the first front shocks I installed.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Only available in black

Amazing difference for parts

I put them on a 2006 3500 Dual Drive and 220,000 miles to replace the stock shocks. Wow what's the difference. The top screw had a slightly different configuration but appears to be a direct replacement. Easy to install with impact and hand tools. I used a bottle jack to make installation easier. I didn't take the tires off. Texas Driver!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Almost never

Be sure to check out the package!

Be sure to check the content. When I saw this shock on the Revain website they told me it would fit my 2006 GMC. It is not. It's a completely different set of drums. Trying to get her back is a pain. He was supposed to take it to a UPS store to ship it back, but it's far and busy and difficult to reach the store when it's open. I tried twice and missed the window both times. Now I'm stuck with an item I can't use.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Not bad

Sufficient dampers meet my requirements perfectly!

I didn't expect them to be the most efficient. They are passable and don't put me off buying matching rear shocks. They've improved the truck's handling on the road, and the rear shocks will improve it even more! I would recommend these shocks for regular use (on-road and in some cases off-road) as they suit my needs. However, if you have heavy demands, you need powerful shock absorbers. maybe that's not enough.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Difficult to say

Excellent quality and fit

Ok these shocks were for a 2004 Chevy 2500 Turbo Diesel. which just spins when you try to remove it. I had to use a pipe wrench, clamped heavily at a 90 degree angle to the shaft, to tighten it as it is an extremely hard steel. make the job much, much easier; Dream set Excellent fit, solid rubber bearings and good driving characteristics. Highly recommended

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Much better QUALITY than what came from the factory

I'm not the type of person to say I like it but the Monroe front shocks I bought are they look and feel very good quality. The factory shocks that were removed from the car worked fine while I had the car they started to jump a bit and the quality of the shocks was not the quality of these Monroe shocks. I understand the factory didn't want to increase the weight of this car to make it lighter, anyway the top of the factory shocks were plastic and the outer shell of the factory shocks (bottom)…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
