Disappointed with shocks, struts and suspension

I was under the impression that Moog parts were good for replacing suspension parts. After installing the upper and lower ball joints on my 2001 f-250 and tightening them to spec, the joints became too tight. Replaced Napa ball joints (top end) and fixed the stiffness issue. After researching the original question, I found that Moog's "problem solver" line of parts is notorious for quality issues. You get what you pay for.

Bought because I thought they would last

I bought these because I thought they would last but I was wrong, one didn't last 6 months even when replaced for free, I still have to pay my mechanic. AGAIN to replace the 6 month old! NOT IMPRESSED BY THIS POOR QUALITY and the fact that I paid a lot of money for it! Maybe I'll try a different product next time! Guys ask about product quality and do your homework, I did and I'm still stung. I really hope the other ball joints last a lot longer.

These particular ball joints lasted about 6,300 miles, while the ball joints on my Jeep (my wife's Grand Cherokee - NOT an SUV) lasted about 4,700 miles before they started making noise. WARNING - Moog parts are absolutely not the quality they used to be...very disappointed as the Moog used to be too much on the…

Missing parts: shock absorbers, struts and suspension

The weather hasn't allowed it to be installed on my truck until today, March 11th, but it tells me that the window for their return has expired? These parts were supplied without a grease fitting, nut and pin. Who checks the quality of this company? Update: My ball joints arrived in the correct packaging but both boxes (top and bottom) were missing parts. Having my mechanic on duty gave me a hell of a headache. I had to run to the local parts store and buy oiler and studs. but clamp C was also…
