Not suitable. fits shocks, struts and suspension

I installed this lower control arm on the right side of my 2000 S10 Blazer 4WD. Other reviewers are right, the geometry is not suitable for mounting the stabilizer bar. My control lever broke after about 10 months of normal driving.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Don't really like it, it's ok

I've had this joystick on my truck less than .

I've had this lever on my truck for less than a year and the metal that the stabilizer bar attaches to has broken. This is my work car and I have not driven it off-road or abused it. That's unusual for a MOOG product, but it happened.

Pros
  • Handy
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Stabilizer links broke within 5000 miles, waste of time and money! BOTH SIDES SUFFER FROM CHEAP METAL MONKEY SYNDROME! Monkey Metal is an English slang term for inferior metal of Asian origin. Moog hired a Chinese manufacturer to make this junk, and it's sold under the Moog brand. Pity MUGU!

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Low repairability

98 4WD Blazer Best in Control Arms

I bought a set of these left and right from Amazon for my 98 4WD Blazer. The package arrived torn. One of the control arm bushings was not pressed in properly, the bushing was clogged with eggs and cracked. Two different ball joints and bushings of different classes were located on the levers. Either they sent me repackaged junk or the quality control department really went underground. Sent them back and just restored their normal control levers. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Great workmanship
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Not for S10 ZR2 on parts

This lower control arm does not fit my 2002 Chevy S10 ZR2. As others have said, the control arm mounting lug is too far from the wheel. I went to the Moog website and they list the correct parts for my truck but they are listed as for a Chevy Blazer. Revain shows the correct item with the following Moog part number: Passenger Side Moog RK622212. Note the position of the stabilizer bar mounting hole relative to the shock absorber mounting hole. The correct position of the linkage hole on my ZR2…

Pros
  • Great for small households
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
