Enhanced Performance: MOOG RK621349 Control Arm 🔥 and Ball Joint Assembly Sparks Precision and Durability Review

Bought 2 years ago and installed on a 2004 Pilot, the ball joint is complete and has driven less than 5000 miles since installation. Maybe I got a defective product? However, I found Moog to be one of the best. Now I doubt this one.

They were a lot cheaper than my mechanic could get from his dealer. He agreed to install them. He said they entered with no problems. So far, so good. The OEM levers lasted 14 years (5 snowy, salty). I hope they walk at least half as much.

Easy installation. So far, so good. I was first sent a part with a 22mm castle nut and the ball joint failed in less than a month. I called Amazon and they sent me a replacement part in a Moog box. Be careful if you received the part in a brown box and/or 22mm castle nut.

. I noticed grease coming out of the ball joint. Didn't even last half the life of my previous part. My stock ball joint was still intact, but I replaced the wishbone due to a cracked bushing.

good product for my 2001 Acura MDX. But the crown mother is bigger. The standard castellated nut is 19mm but this one comes with a 22mm castellated nut which I wasn't ready for so I had to go to the store to buy a 22mm wrench. The lock nut is a bit short when I tightened it, the cotter pin is not between the lock's mortise/groove because the nut is too short.

This lever fits my wife's 2005 Honda Pilot with no problems. This immediately eliminated the noise coming from the front. I will also be replacing the tie rods (inside and out) and stabilizer bar with Moog products. This wishbone is heavy and looks well built. The car has become easier to control and we feel confident again.

Well, I'm a little over a year old. I bought these last September now its November and I was working on my pilot making a water pump and what I found. Play in the lower ball joint on the passenger side. Well I will check the drivers. Not very happy, only a year and not even 10,000 miles. It's a football mom's car, not something I take backcountry. I bought Moog because I trusted the name. I think this time I will choose a different brand

Originally I planned on just changing the bushing as I read that changing those levers on the Acura MDX was a beating. it turned out that the exact opposite was the case. A bushing was almost impossible to replace on my own, so I went online and ordered it. I replaced the entire arm in less time than it took me to remove the original bushing. So far it seems to be working well, you can now see improved handling in the front. Can't be an indication of durability.
