Mophorn Stainless Steel Cable Balustrade Review

The product does what it promises at a very reasonable price. Arrived on time, no damage. I've included it in a wire track system where it works great.

Excellent value for money. Very strong, dense weave that holds up while cutting. It can travel a long distance with enough high tension and keep its shape. I use it to hang market lanterns over 100 feet tall.

Misleading Advertising This is not a 7x7 design as advertised, nor is it 500ft! This is a 6x7 construction and 150 meters or 492 feet! The rest of the cable looks fine and will hopefully work for my purposes.

I cut the cable with both large bolt cutters and regular cable cutters. Both methods produced thin sections. (FWIW, I wrapped it in duct tape just in case.) No rust after a month in the rain. There are no kinks or other defects in the cable.

I received two rolls of this wire in November 2018. It was an excellent wire and was easy to work with. In March I received the third roll, which is now almost impossible to process. When cutting with the same high quality tool, the ends will now slip making it difficult to cut into fittings designed for 1/8 inch wire. I hope they return to their original specs. In the meantime, be careful. Update: I was working with wire and more work is required due to split ends. I can't speak for strength…
