Just as good as the stainless steel version

Just as good as the stainless steel version but with the benefits of carbon steel. I bought stainless steel in 2016 and use it all the time. Now I have the advantages of both knives. Leather and multi-bracing are both good options. You can't go wrong with Mora. Another excellent knife and I highly recommend this blade.

Pros
  • Ease of use
Cons
  • So far so good

take my money Best in outdoor activities

What a great knife. I have several knives. Most Mora knives. This is my new favourite. It's heavier than most mora. Which I like very much. In the hand is very comfortable. It didn't get razor sharp. But sharp enough. Because I sharpen my own knives. I googled a bit and it was good. I've been waiting to treat myself to this knife and I was not disappointed. Someone will say that $100 per sea is too much. But I know what. I like Mora's knife. So take my money

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Very expensive

The knife arrived very blunt. Disappointing as I paid $90 for it. For that much money the knife should be sharp. Anyway, it's basically a full shaft Mora knife but 2-3 times more expensive. There is nothing special about this knife compared to similar knives at a lower price. Boredom aside, this is a good quality knife, maybe a little more durable than other Moras, and feels great in my hands. So it's the goalkeeper after all. For once, he has a decent advantage.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Older model

Sad toy for kids: camping & hiking

This is the second Morakniv I bought, the first one was recommended to me by a friend. I assumed it was so dumb because it's cheap, turns out even a $90 knife isn't sharp enough to use. A 2 year old knife that I use every day that has never been sharpened is much sharper than this knife. I'm sure I could sharpen a butter knife sharper than this in 5 minutes. Ozark Trail, a Walmart brand, anyone who uses knives will know what I mean. I will eventually fine tune and work on this knife to see if…

Fantastic survival/wildlife knife

Great knife for the money. It has a "modified" scandium cut (mostly reciprocating cut) which makes it more stable for woodworking and skinning/animal work, but less so for detailed wood carving/planing or cooking (although it can be used for it just won't be as good as the companion Morakniv or 511 for these tasks). It's carbon steel so it needs maintenance, but it also allows for easy regrinding in the field and it gets SUPER sharp very easily. The spike can be used as a beater for an iron…

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Nothing here

Wow, nice knife but the sheath was designed by a beginner.

I've been buying Mora knives for a long time, there are several. That's good, but whoever designed the sheath system clearly didn't meet the standards. See this beautiful frame to attach? The knife doesn't snap in any way, it just hangs and is held in place with a thin velcro strap. If you undo the strap to store the knife there is a risk of it falling out, so forget about the reverse mount on the backpack strap. It comes with a simple velcro strap (yes I said velcro strap) to do that, tie it…

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Safety

Love this knife when camping

If you just want to know this is an amazing knife great for the price then buy it. But if you want more detail, those are capabilities, and there aren't many of them, but there are still downsides. I love this knife and for the money you can't get a better knife for almost everything and survival, camping, hunting for everything. Pros: It was packaged well and is in good condition. The shell is inconvenient to use, but very high quality. It was very sharp but a little less sharp for shaving. It
