Just as good as the stainless steel version but with the benefits of carbon steel. I bought stainless steel in 2016 and use it all the time. Now I have the advantages of both knives. Leather and multi-bracing are both good options. You can't go wrong with Mora. Another excellent knife and I highly recommend this blade.

What a great knife. I have several knives. Most Mora knives. This is my new favourite. It's heavier than most mora. Which I like very much. In the hand is very comfortable. It didn't get razor sharp. But sharp enough. Because I sharpen my own knives. I googled a bit and it was good. I've been waiting to treat myself to this knife and I was not disappointed. Someone will say that $100 per sea is too much. But I know what. I like Mora's knife. So take my money

The knife arrived very blunt. Disappointing as I paid $90 for it. For that much money the knife should be sharp. Anyway, it's basically a full shaft Mora knife but 2-3 times more expensive. There is nothing special about this knife compared to similar knives at a lower price. Boredom aside, this is a good quality knife, maybe a little more durable than other Moras, and feels great in my hands. So it's the goalkeeper after all. For once, he has a decent advantage.

This is the second Morakniv I bought, the first one was recommended to me by a friend. I assumed it was so dumb because it's cheap, turns out even a $90 knife isn't sharp enough to use. Great knife for the money. It has a "modified" scandium cut (mostly reciprocating cut) which makes it more stable for woodworking and skinning/animal work, but less so for detailed wood carving/planing or cooking (although it can be used for it just won't be as good as the companion Morakniv or 511 for these tasks).
