I like that you can use it for so many things within your business. It is easy enough for new employees but not too complicated or difficult once they have used other programs before (i've been using Quickbooks since 2010). I like that it's easy for my clients who are not tech savvy at all to use this software because there is an option where they can just drag drop their documents in which makes things easier than using email attachments or even printing them out themselves.
