I like that you can use it for so many things within your business. It is easy enough for new employees but not too complicated or difficult once they have used other programs before (i've been using Quickbooks since 2010). The support team does an amazing job answering questions quickly if needed as well which helps reduce downtime in my office when something goes wrong/I need help immediately instead waiting days until someone responds via email from another part of their department. There really aren't any downsides at this point unless maybe there isn’t much room left in my budget after adding all those licenses? But we are still working out how best to utilize our resources here by doing some research ourselves into what features would be most useful to us while keeping costs down where possible without limiting options later on - We're able solve problems right now because of quick access through mobile devices with no lag times between responses etc., plus being able to share.
