They are well padded and very comfortable. A loop between ring and ring finger makes it easier to remove. Velcro is the right size and holds securely. The palms appear to be made of animal skin. They are well ventilated. Since getting them a few weeks ago, I've been using them for cycling and other exercises that can cause hand strain/chafing. I would recommend these.
