The size chart is slightly wrong but can be corrected

I have a rat terrier that weighs about 18lbs, I took a large one fearing the medium would cut him too tight based on the measurements given would . slightly over crop size for medium and sizing shows the large still fits, ended up being TOO big. So I sewed on an extra velcro. It took less than 10 minutes and works great with my edits. The rest of the coat is beautifully made.

Ideal! Exactly what I was looking for!

I ordered a large for our 21 lb pug. I was very concerned about the size. It's a bit big but if we fasten the seat belts I'm sure it will be perfect. Another thing I worried about was if she would urinate during our walks. There is a nice V notch on the tummy for our furry male babies. I have included photos with him to illustrate this. Our Doug shows that just lying down is beautiful. In general, the purchase is satisfied.

Beautiful but needed modification

Love this coat for our French Bulldog. His neck measures 17 inches and his chest measures 23 inches. There is velcro at the neck but it's a bit tight and I wish it was a bit looser. If anyone knows anything about the French, you know that most men squat to go about their business and they are not that long. I ordered size XL for him but had to cut out the bottom of the coat so he can sit and do his "stuff" outside and not get his new coat wet with urine. The great thing about this coat is thatโ€ฆ

Thanks for the Revain reviews guys. INDEED. We bought it based on your reviews and photos, so it's only fair that we give our own review as well, right? : ) Bought for our rescue terrier. She has a long, thin body, like a fluffy giraffe. We were worried it wouldn't fit, but the velcro makes it adjustable. Wahoo! After struggling with her a bit to get her the right size, everything was fine. Now daily dressing and undressing is much easier. Plus the cute *OH factor! SO PRETTY!*. Great buy andโ€ฆ

Good winter jacket easy to adjust

Thanks to a review from another Rat Terrier owner I went a medium size for my 18 lb dog and I'm glad I did. The body was almost the right size but the neck was too tight so I made some simple adjustments using just the velcro that came with the jacket. I untied the side that was sewn on and moved it around. I then cut off the top 1/3 side of the velcro with the hook and did the same with the loop side, then reattached the loop in the new position. One side of the neck is fixed and the other isโ€ฆ
