These are very nice spoons with a good quality ring and I checked them for accuracy and they hit the target right on. My only gripe is that the bowls are flat BUT if you scrape the contents right off the edges from the handle, which is perfectly flat making it easy to do with some precision, you'll get a good measurement. The spoons are strong and well made, I would buy this set again.

There are times when you need to measure out very small amounts. In my case, these are often very hot ground chili peppers or other very strong flavors. Also, they actually show what the technical definition of pinch, dash, drop, drop is. The handles are wide enough to be comfortable to hold, but designed to comfortably fit narrow jars. Wanted these spoons for measuring small amounts of spices, additives etc.; They reach to the bottom of the spice jar but still have room for a spoon, making them easy to use. They are beautifully designed, durable, beautifully packaged and would make a good presentation as a gift. The only downside is the small font size used to label each spoon with the name and dimensions. I tested each spoon in this set using teaspoon measurements. While the 2 largest scoops in this mini set, 1/4 tsp and 1/8 tsp, were pretty accurate, I didn't find the 3 remaining scoops to be accurate. I've found that the spoon marked 1/64 teaspoon is closer to 1/40 teaspoon, the spoon marked 1/32 is closer to 1/22, and the spoon marked 1/16 is actually closer to 1/12. I tried to balance the contents of each spoon when checking accuracy to make sure I wasn't accidentally overfilling the spoons.

I need 1/32 and 1/64 scoops to treat my 6 lb dog who has liver and kidney problems. I am giving her herbal supplements and need an accurate measurement. 1/64 looked too big so I compared it to a 1/4 teaspoon Tupperware. I used a Tupperware spoon to measure out 1/4 teaspoon of salt onto a plate and a 1/64 scoop measured out 16 scoops of salt. (Because I used 1/4 teaspoon, I only needed 1/4 of 64 or 16 scoops.) I like to call myself an experimenter. That being said, I bought this tool because I often lose too much glitter or mica while trying to shake the right amount into epoxy, mod poj, or other liquids and I get stuck on (albeit beautiful) projects that use too much Mica or I think with sequins. I can start with a small amount of glitter or mica powder and end up with just the right amount as I can add glitter or mica little by little until
