Unleash Your Curls with Moroccanoil Curl Control Mousse, 5.1 Oz Review

This product is amazing. I use it when my hair is very damp (apply to brushed hair with prayer hands) and then run Denman through individual strands and lightly curl with a pin. It holds my natural curls but they still feel oily and soft like there's nothing there at all. So easy. I have fine curly hair that is wet just below my armpits (and dry up to my shoulders) and I apply 2 pumps on each side of my head.

I have naturally curly hair with large curls. If I don't put mousse on them, they look more wavy and fluffy. I need to use a lightweight mousse that doesn't weigh my delicate curls down. I love that this product has a natural pump and doesn't feel heavy. It tends to get sticky as you get closer to the bottom of the bottle. It's easy to use too much of this product, a little goes a long way. I also like the scent very much.

It was light, had a very low odor and any odor that was there dissipated quickly. My hair was fine but I thought it was expensive for what it was. I am Caucasian with naturally thick and curly hair. It's just not good for me. Aveda "Be Curly" works much better for my hair type.

Being allergic to almost every mousse on the market I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have a local reaction to this one. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is VERY expensive - normally I wouldn't buy anything THAT expensive but my hair is very frizzy and totally frizzy unless I put it on mousse! This is a great solution for curly hair. I'd rather spend less time caring for my hair and want my curls to be defined. I often have curly hair and curls that do the trick. My hairdresser drew my attention to this product. After washing my hair while it's still damp, I use this product and press it onto wet strands of hair. Then I just let it air dry and it's amazing! Phew! I LOVE the hair oil in this line so much it pains me to say this product is horrible! The smell is pleasant but my hair feels like it's covered in plastic.
