At first I liked the softness of my hair after the conditioner. The aroma is pleasant. Good texture. But after a few weeks of use my hair started falling out. I figured it was stress related so I didn't think of anything new to use. I found out later that it was the air conditioning. I've stopped using it and my hair isn't falling out. I'm glad I found out in time before I lost too much hair.
