Wish there were more 200 x 200 holes punched for height adjustment, but overall this is a solid product that you're probably going to hang a TV on that weighs a few A hundred pounds could mount no problem.

I had a 100x100 VESA mount on my 10 year old TV. My new TV was 300 x 300. It attaches easily to the bracket and is perfect for the new TV. Although much heavier than expected.

The 400x400 VESA holes need to be enlarged to accommodate the mounting screws for a 400x400 TV Otherwise I would give 5 stars. The adapter is well made.

Needed for the TV I bought. One thing you might want to consider when making a wall mount is to check the mount pattern before purchasing a wall mount.

I needed an adapter to install a new 3D HDTV in my fifth wheel. The mount in the device was VESA 200 x 200, the new TV was 400 x 400 VESA. . It performed like a champ, was very durable and fit great overall. I would recommend this adapter mount to anyone who needs such a mount.
