Moscow Mule Copper Mugs HANDCRAFTED Review

The whole set is charming and well made; Got a birthday present and it was the perfect "total package" (minus the fun liquid content!).

I am very happy with my copper mugs I received from Benicci. I'm actually sipping Moscow Mule from one of the mugs while writing this review. Everything arrived well packaged and the workmanship was high quality when I took them out of the box. I would recommend anyone who likes Moscow Mules or vodka cocktails to have it in one of these.

I made a Moscow Mule, stirred it with the chopstick that came with the kit, drank it, and then hand washed the mug in warm water with a soft sponge. Place on dryer to dry. Now they are scratched bloody and I will never drink from them again. With these in the trash.

When you buy a mug without a mule, you need to be careful when you buy it. There's a lot of junk out there - that's the real deal. It's all copper - don't buy nickel or stainless steel inside. Remember that ice is an important ingredient in keeping the drink very cold - use a large mug so you can use the ice and drink essentials. I like the barrel design and the grip feels good in the hand. Copper straws are good, but not really necessary. This is the one to buy.

We bought these for London Mules (aka Gin Gin Mules). There is some dull or other dirt on the inside of one of them, but it seems to come off easily. I still have to wash them before using them for the first time. Welds are visible and not ugly, but not the prettiest either. I'm not a welder, but I don't think there's really a design avoidance of that. I have no idea if these are quality welds because again I'm not a welder. These are the only criticisms I have and they are minor/insignificant.
