Nice to finally find a product that offers REPLACEMENT TO YOUR MANUFACTURER. Most products say suitable for. sometimes the product information is on the printed label, but it is not an unbranded replacement part. They are the same as the photo in the mfctr 5stars pack

The tabs that attach the roller to the machine are too short. They don't go down far enough to catch and hold them. I cannot return them as I recycled the packaging they came in before attempting to replace the used roller.

I bought these not knowing if they would fit my type of device. It was hard to tell from the description so I took a chance as I didn't get an answer to my question. I tried to pull one out of the plastic wrap around the file. Usually the plastic around items has a final perforation where you can tear it open to remove the plastic wrap. Well, the perforation was utterly useless. Using scissors, a knife, and my teeth, I tried to pry off a small piece of plastic so I could peel the foil off…

I like this product but the gray rollers are mostly unusable. So I guess we keep buying 6 packs to use the black ones? I wish I could find someone who likes grays and trading.
