This product worked for me. I felt a difference before and after the first use. The difference is in the smoothness to the touch. I made sure to use Meguier's Wash as a lube and cleaned the Speed Clay frequently. I've used regular clay tile a few times in the past and it's been just as good and a lot easier. I can't say if it's as good as a clay stick you might use on a show car, but for my cars this product has worked.

Seems to be working pretty well.

Works well, although it really depends on what you're trying to do. After trying it, I still prefer the traditional tone. As a test I used the product as instructed on a specific area of the hood THEN used the traditional clay on the same area. It's amazing how much dirt I've removed from the same surface with clay that Speed Clay 2.0 just used. In my opinion traditional clay is better PLUS you can see what you are filming whereas Speed Clay 2.0 because it is black it is difficult to see and…

Works very well on lightly soiled surfaces like my wife's 2015 Acura MDX

Works very well on lightly soiled surfaces like my wife's 2015 Acura MDX but this car is very dear to me. However, doing this while washing was insanely easy. The surface appeared "smooth as glass" as one would expect after applying the clay. What didn't work was my old 2005 Subaru Legacy which was probably never covered in mud by the previous owner. This product just isn't strong enough. I tried 2 passes and it was never "smooth" as one might expect. Only the traditional clay stick worked…

It didn't work with spraying

I had sprays that needed to be removed. I washed and dried my 2019 Camry and used Mother's Instant Detailer as a lube. About 3/4 of the way through the first panel (bonnet) I noticed that the trim was starting to stick. Keep in mind that I only made about 18 inch square sections at a time, wiped them clean, and applied more lube. Thinking the seal needed more lube, I applied more. It didn't help. I left sticky traces of the shape and pattern of the rhombus pads in a few places. I decided to…

In my opinion this does not replace Clay Bars

I clay and wax my car at least 3 times a year and as this is a Tacoma long bed with topper needless to say that until then if I Finish with the clay bar, my fingers cramp up pretty badly lol. A friend recommended it to me, so I gave it a try. I used it once and I really don't feel like it gives you the silky smooth finish that a clay bar gives you the same number of passes. I found that you have to have the right angle and grip for it to slide properly. Overall it was a decent product but when…

Saves a lot of time and works great

Pros: This Speed Clay is faster than a clay stick; It cut about half the time to make my truck. I didn't drop it at all due to the well-shaped handle, which fits perfectly in my hand. You can work a large area with long back and forth strokes. I first tried using soapy water to lubricate the area but it was too dirty as the excess water dripped everywhere. I then used Mother's Detail Spray to lubricate the area and it worked great. Sometimes I would dip it in soapy water to wash it off and…
