1985 KLR600 in Tire & Wheel Tools

I already have a 24mm and 27mm T-6 combo wrench/spoon and bought a 22mm for my newly purchased KLR600. T-6 wrenches definitely work when you're carrying tire changing tools, such as during a rally, group ride, or just out on the track.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Long Lead Time

Lightweight custom tool

Two of these beauties can be carried in a belt pouch on my CRF 450x. One for the rear axle nut, the other for the front axle. They're not intended as "workshop tools" (they're well made, but they're aluminum), but should last forever as roadside tools. I will use steel pry bars and proper wrenches in the shop and only use them on the track for emergencies.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • boring packaging

Ring wrenches work well

That's right, I haven't changed the tire or the chamber, but the socket wrench works fine. I used it and the 27mm version to loosen the rear axle bolt to adjust the chain. It was not difficult to untie a properly dressed mother. I tried tightening the axle with just wrenches and the torque wrench clicked after I applied a little more torque to allow you to tighten the axle bolt just enough. The 22mm and 27mm box wrenches for my levers come in handy for prying the shifters out after a fall. I've

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • There are problems

I expected better quality

I am disappointed with the overall quality and design of this instrument. screw. Then when I made it fit the wrench head was so wide it hit the fork leg and didn't work with my Yamaha WR450. Step into the wrench to create clearance, like the tusk wrench I have. .It's light weight so great to carry in my backpack but for the price the quality leaves a lot to be desired. It will be interesting to see if it survives a tire change.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Delicate

Very light and doubles as a wrench and tire shovel. It is easy to pack up and take with you in an emergency, as it is two tools in one to save space and also requires almost no weight to carry. So crazy light I was worried it wouldn't be very strong and it would break, but I've used it 3 times as a high torque axle nut wrench and once as a tire spoon and it still looks brand new. Feels good in the hand, looks good. By the way, if you've never changed a big dual-sport tire on the road - do…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • I have no negative feelings about it, it's just great
