Not Worth the Investment

Automotive repairs can be costly, but this product wasn't worth the price tag. When I tried this replacement part, it did not solve my emission issues and left me feeling frustrated. The only pro was the ease of installation, but the cons included the lack of effectiveness and the waste of my money. I do not recommend this product.

Pros
  • Effective in reducing harmful emissions from a vehicle
Cons
  • Requires professional installation for proper functioning

Failure within first month of use

Product failure within 30 days of purchase. I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back but the website keeps sending you in circles with no CLEAR instructions on the steps to apply for a guarantee. Looks like I'm discussing this with Amex. Thank you for protecting the buyer

Cons
  • No service

Fixed my evaporator problem

On my 2004 Ford Freestar. Although I had constant hissing valve vibration, the problem was in the hose between the purge valve and the inlet. There is also a very small difference in the ID of the connection going to the collector. To fix this, buy a macrame bead from an art supply store that matches the ID of the manifold so it fits snugly into the valve tube, which will solve the problem.

Cons
  • Reliability
