Worked great and cheaper than after sale. The car is finally running smoothly. Too bad the mechanics couldn't diagnose it, they kept blaming it on the construction or the spark plus or the wiring.

I wanted OEM products whenever I could and I couldn't resist even though other brands were available at a much lower price. As part of the troubleshooting process I replaced both on the 97 5.0L engine, the old one I keep as a backup.

Replaced the original part in my 1998 Ford F-150 4.6L V8. This summer there were misfires in the cylinder. It turned out that the native coil on one cylinder began to fail. Installation was easy, just make sure you connect the spark plug wires correctly. It arrived right after ordering and was brand new. I bought it again to replace another one on my engine which was also an original part.

In March 2016 I replaced both OEM coil packs on my 1997 F150 XLT 4x4 4.6L with these DG530 coils. My truck had 3 cylinders misfiring and this has been fixed. Exactly the same part is available in Autozone but cheaper. misfire. I wish the one I installed in 2016 had lasted longer than 26 months.
