Does not match controls well

Description should state that they do not fit motorcycle grips with foam covers or larger aftermarket grips. I should have read the reviews more carefully as they will definitely not work on my bike. The circumference of these things is barely bigger than my thumb!

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Volume

I never leave reviews

I bought some Rad Minis for me and my wife. The throttle has such a long stroke that it puts your hand in an awkward position. They caught my attention and for a few bucks I wasn't expecting much. You are perfect. No screws, just a thick rubber strap with an adjustable thumb rest and you're done. A must for e-bikes!

Great product until it broke after 2 weeks.

I bought this for my electric scooter and loved it but it broke after 2 weeks. Bought another one, works fine so far. The concept and design is great, just wish I had to use another one after 2 weeks. But the overall concept and design is good. I contacted Amazon for a return/refund and they issued one.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • Not the best

Too small! I do not recommend

The first one I tried broke during installation. Not sure what size handlebars they fit, but any kind of thicker handlebars will not work with this unit. Even on a small steering wheel, you have to stretch so hard that you're afraid of breaking it. I was able to install the second one without damaging it and once it was on I felt good. I would not recommend it for thicker handlebars.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Broken

Worth it for best handling

I installed this on a 1990 Heritage Softail with 1" grips. It is easy to install and adjust to a comfortable position on the handle. This allows me to occasionally loosen my grip on the throttle to stretch or wiggle my arthritic fingers. This does not affect normal gas operation. Haven't had it on the bike long enough to appreciate durability. I ordered another set to put on some of my other bikes with 7/8 inch grips. I recommend this product.

Pros
  • Best of all
Cons
  • Requires socket

I modified them to wrap my e-bike at half throttle. That's how it's done.

You will need to carefully cut the slit up to the ribbed part of the strap at the tongue, this will make it more flexible and you can CAREFULLY increase its diameter to get to the hook that secures it. This allows it to be attached to the thickest part of the throttle body as it should be. Gentle stretching and some heat will also help. A little trimming and a little sanding to shape the thumb trigger. I removed a small comb. Then soapy water to remove any residue trying to rub me off and BAMโ€ฆ

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Very Expensive
