The phone is secured but the grip on the handle is loose.

My iPhone 11 sits very securely in the holder, but the clip that holds it to the handlebars keeps the phone coming my way on rough roads. After figuring out all the parts I was able to attach the mount to the bike's handlebars, there were no instructions or pictures. I also found that the two washers need to go in opposite directions to keep the clamp from slipping off them when going over rough roads.

The best design. Very high quality. Do not block cameras or side buttons.

I like it very much. After reviewing many designs, I found this to be the only one that holds up well without blocking camera lenses or side buttons. Very stable. Has a 1-1/4" diameter mount. My wife will fit anywhere on her e-bike handlebars, but my e-bike handlebars are 1-1/2" in diameter, so I fit the narrower part had to fit. I would like a slightly larger mount for a 1-1/2 inch diameter. Otherwise excellent design. Can listen to XM radio from your phone, line up to pick up the ride…

Sturdy holder, best accessory

I bought this holder to replace the plastic phone holder on my Harley Davidson M/C. I like the screw grip which gives me peace of mind that the spring won't break and my $900 phone won't fall on the pavement. I'm guessing it's metal and not plastic for the same reason. The handlebar clamp was more compact than my previous mount, which made assembly much easier and gave me more options for mounting on the handlebars. Needs improvement

I would give five stars if the bracket were harder. The part that holds the phone is aluminum and looks nice, but the part that attaches to the bike is flimsy plastic. .Attached it with the included perch which to be honest I wasn't expecting in the package but it rocked a lot on my Harley so I mounted it directly to the handlebars. Haven't tried it yet but to be honest I'm a little scared because the mount seems a bit flimsy. I will update later. I want the part that attaches to the bars to be
