Bought for my 2017 Silverado 1500

What's included? The package includes 1 brand new regular Dorman OE remote that supports the following functions (lock, unlock, remote start and panic button) + 1 OBDii plug and play remote programmer. Although the box says it supports GM 2014-2015 Silverado; Used only as directed, worked great on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. The product is really amazing; saved me a trip to the dealer and potentially spent over a hundred dollars just to have them program the much cooler looking remote I bought…

Went like clockwork!

Bought for my 2014 Silverado, my remote is broken and I had a spare remote but I wanted 2 remotes. I actually work for a Chevrolet dealer in the parts department and it was cheaper than my coworker's key fob price. And I didn't have to ask a tech to help me with programming. The whole job literally took 30 seconds, and I stuck with the programmer! I plan on keeping this setup for a while and when the next remote dies the remotes here at Revain will be around $20. A two-year-old child will cope…

Simple and inexpensive.

Dorman 99352 Remote Keyless Entry: I bought this for my 2015 Chevy Silverado. Programming couldn't be easier. All you have to do is insert the key, turn it to the on position (not start) and then insert the programming module. Once you hear a beep, press and hold the lock and unlock buttons until you hear another beep. Turn off the key, remove the module and you're done. It took less than a minute to complete the process. You can use this module to program other remote controls if you buy them…

The Good and the Bad

I had high hopes for a device that would save me a significant amount of money by adding another key fob to my collection to replace the worn one. On the one hand, the device worked surprisingly well. I put my factory key in the ignition and turned it ON, plugged in the programmer and weight for the tutorial message to appear on my dash, and finally held the lock/unlock buttons on the remote until I heard a beep. . Then I turned the key off, pulled it out and checked the remote. Wow. To my…
