Motorola Antenna Surface Connector Maxtrac Review

Ordered an item that was supposed to have a mini-UHF connector but there was nothing in it, just no cable. I have to wait longer for my device to work.

Useless. Installed and now my radio can't even talk to local stations that are in the neighborhood. I've checked and triple checked my work and nothing works. Don't waste your money.

Package does not include the UHF mini connector as described. Just a bare coax cable with an NMO end. The label on the box says it must have a mini UHF connector, but what it says inside the sealed box isn't true. Is this the fault of Revain or Tram?

THIS CABLE IS USEFUL. I HAVE A SECOND ONE AS A SPARE AND BOTH DO NOT HAVE A PLUG ON BOTH ENDS LIKE THE PICTURE! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! ALREADY SPENT $50 AT MY LOCAL ELECTRONICS STORE TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM! DO NOT LOOK AT THE PICTURE TO DISCOVER WHAT IS WRONG! IDIOTS!

Very well made. The rubber grommets and screw attachment fit perfectly and seal very well. The contact point is big and solid, I wouldn't worry about losing connection to the antenna. I am very happy with this mount. I installed it on my 1998 Dodge RAM 1500 quad cockpit and am using it with a 110w Motorola Astro Spectra motor and a Larsen Qtr-Wave NMO mount.
