Terrible product, don't waste your money. It stopped working in the middle of the FIRST night of use! Now I can't turn it on at all.

Have been using this product for about ten months. The range works well throughout our 3/4 acre lot and 1100 square foot home. While we don't use all of the features on offer, we do use music that can be turned on and off with the remote control as needed. This is a simple product, but it works well for our purposes. We did not have to contact customer service and did not receive a defective product, allowing us to discuss these issues.

This device is pretty good. I use a year for my son. My only problem is the battery life. When switched off, it lasts about 3-4 hours. What if you just need to do a few quick chores around the house while the baby sleeps, that's fine, but you need to keep it connected to the network at all times. This was bought for us as a shower gift. The parent unit never charged so we had to make sure the parent unit was always plugged in for it to work; which was fine for an overnight stay but impossible to do things like laundry or other chores while the baby was sleeping.
