Works great with our AT&T Uverse

Lightning struck our neighbor's house and our modem got dusty. We ordered it the next day and it was delivered quickly and easily assembled. Back in business! Works great with our AT&T Uverse

  • I don't remember but there was something

Save Money Buy Your Own Modem

AT&T has increased its plans by $7.00 a month by shipping new modems to customers. It just pissed me off so I bought this one and sent it back, my bill didn't get back to what it was and this modem works great. Think $7 a month isn't a lot, but after paying for 2 or 3 years you've spent $252 and still no modem. This is a great item (works well with Netflix and Amazon Prime movies) while also saving money.

Pros
  • Good Thing
Cons
  • Factor Set

Nothing wrong with that if you connect them via a bridge

I have a setup that basically just acts as a 'bridge' or modem and disables all internal router/wi-fi functions. If you're just using them as a modem, they're fine. Never goes offline and seems very forgiving of DSL line changes. Only one star away because you need to do some research and tweaking to make them work as a bridge. If you could only choose bridge mode I would give it 5 stars as otherwise it's great. I have a Netgear WNDR3800 that does all the routing stuff. When properlyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Brilliantly done
Cons
  • For seniors

I'm very satisfied because my service provider said they don't sell.

I'm very satisfied because my service provider said he doesn't sell them anymore and I have to rent them. This was not the case. I bought this modem and it has been working fine for a few weeks. I don't rent. I own it and it works great.

Pros
  • I'm crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
