Motorola TurboPower 25 Fast Car Charger - in Retail Packaging Review

I have tried three Verizon Motorola turbochargers. None lasted a month. For months the only working Charger was an unnamed cheap one, but it wasn't a Turbo. I chose this charger and am so glad I did. I have owned and used it for several months and it works exactly as promised. If you had the same problems with Motorola brand car turbochargers that you bought from Verizon, this product will solve your problems!

I would buy this charger again anytime I need it. If you really want to see how this charger works, go for it. There is an app on the Play Store called Ampere that will show you how fast your charger is charging your battery. Most conventional chargers will charge the Moto's 1000mAh battery; That's an average of 3000 mAh when charging. If you already have this charger in mind, don't hesitate and just get it. You will not be disappointed.

Return window closed after 30 days. Coincidentally, after 32 days, the charger started draining the battery while my phone was plugged into the car. I sat at 15% battery, plugged the phone into the charger and saw it was 13%. It stayed at 13% for most of my 1 hour commute to work. When I parked in front of the office it was 11%. Before that, the charger worked fantastic, but what's the point if I have to spend $21 every month? Reliability beats speed on every page in my book.

It was worth every penny! Most car chargers I've come across tend to say "fast" but use very little power, allowing you to charge the battery by about 5% in a 30 minute car ride. It's not like this. Great charger. I love that it can charge my phone as fast as the charger I have at home. I no longer worry about charging my phone at night during the week as I have enough charge for the whole day driving to and from work. An additional USB port is useful. I am very satisfied with this product. My father-in-law has a wall charger version and it works pretty well so I decided to try the car charger version and it impressed me even more than I expected. I took a trip (about 15 minutes) and my phone was 18% charged or less and when I got home it was 58%.
