This mount is great for our little Fire TV in our kitchen. The only problem was that there were no M4 screws in the kit. It had all the other major accoutrements but no M4. After receiving them, I installed them in 15-20 minutes.

Most of these TV mounts come with a variety of accessories to adapt them to your TV. not this one. Now I need to buy 4 screws to attach the TV to the bracket. This is a pretty standard 43-inch Toshiba TV. The price is low for a mount with this range, but they should have provided more screws.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it says it extends 24" but the one I got was about an inch shorter and it didn't match what I needed. This is a well made mount and I liked it so much that I ordered the 28" and measured accurately. This is a great mount and will not disappoint if you don't need a true 24" extension.

I'm not sure if I accidentally came across a model that didn't pass quality control or if they're all that difficult to install. Following the instructions/diagrams, my friend had to take the whole thing off and turn it over because the part that the arm attachment plate attaches to turned out to be upside down. It's working great now that everything is ready, but they either need to change direction or improve quality control.

That mountain was terrible. After the mounting hole was pre-drilled correctly, two of the three screws came loose during assembly. Even after using additional screws, the bracket would not hold the TV level and it would simply deviate from the wall base due to the weight of the TV. I ended up buying a new "quality" mount and cleaning up this piece of junk. The new mountain is cool!
