Difficult to install, works great once set up
I'm not sure if I accidentally came across a model that didn't pass quality control or if they're all that difficult to install. Following the instructions/diagrams, my friend had to take the whole thing off and turn it over because the part that the arm attachment plate attaches to turned out to be upside down. It's working great now that everything is ready, but they either need to change direction or improve quality control.
