Drywall = Homedepot

I would like to say that I think the actual lever, extension and claw that snaps onto the projector are one piece. My problem is the crappy anchors they give you, these anchors are absolutely for drywall and when I installed it and put its (light) projector on I could already see him pulling it out of the wall. just to set it right. Also, the instructions are a bit confusing, easy to understand to a certain extent, but they don't label all the parts very well, the included legend shows more or…

Pros
  • Full Motion Design - Tilt: +/- 15 degrees, Roll: +/- 8 degrees, Pivot: 360 degrees, Height Adjustable (ceiling mount): 5" to 25.6". Extension from the wall (wall mount): 16.9 to 25.6 inches.

Doesn't work as well as a wall mount or with large projectors

B That's what the specs say mount can do 44pd process, but I would be very careful about setting anything more than say 25pd. I installed my Epson 5040UB with 24 pixels in a wall mount. I tried to fully extend my arm while holding onto the projector to see how it would support the weight. The arm flexed considerably, and no matter how hard I tightened the hex nuts, the arm flexed to the point where it looked like it would break or pull away from the wall. I pushed the extension all the way in…

Pros
  • 3-in-1 universal projector wall mount: 1st ceiling mount, 2nd ceiling mount with telescopic arm, 3rd wall mount
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Works well vertically or horizontally if you have a lightweight

We use this bracket with our BenQ MH530FHD projector. The projector is very light and only has three mounting screws so I didn't have the weight issues that others have. I originally installed it on the wall and really liked the installation. Installation went smoothly and once tightened everything was tight. The only problem was that when it was wall mounted, the project was 2 feet from our screen. I also needed to be able to easily remove the projector for outdoor movies. It wouldn't be bad…

Pros
  • full motion design projector - Tilt: +/- 15 degrees Pan: +/- 8 degrees Pan: 360 degrees Height adjustment (ceiling mount): from 5" to 25". .6 inch. Extension from the wall (wall mount): 16.9 to 25.6 inches.
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Item:1. Wall mounts are not as easy to find as ceiling mounts. At least it's a real wall mount. Cons: 1. This mount was very tedious to assemble and required a number of "tweaks" to get it right. 2. The cable routing hole is not large enough for most power cords, making it almost useless. Of course it holds HDMI, but what's the point if the power cord is hanging outside? 3. The screws used to attach the bracket to the wall are of an unusual shape and size, making installation difficult. Also…

Doesn't work as well as a wall mount or with large projectors

The specs say this mount can handle 44 pixels, but I'd be extremely wary of anything more than, say , 25 pds would install. I installed my Epson 5040UB, which is 24 pixels, using a wall mount configuration. I tried to fully extend my arm while holding onto the projector to see how it would support the weight.
