Don't buy bad quality.

I wear these 2 days and on the 2nd day the heel ripped and I felt it under my foot. Of course the water came in from my backyard and came through the hole. They're junk, don't buy them!

  • handy thing
Cons

Cheap shoes: hiking shoes

these shoes didn't even last 6 months they started cracking on the side and the sole cracked and now they absorb water very disappointed they didn't last very long , my feet will wet every time I wear them. I live in E.MT, we have snow and rain, my feet are wet, don't waste your money on that

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Without machine gun

Look good but don't fit

I bought these for a trip to the national park. I wore them during the day and bought a size 8 (which is what I usually wear) but found my toes kept banging on the tops. My daughter who is also a size 8 found the same problem. They look good but don't fit. I would go at least 1/2 size up if not a full size.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes

Excellent boots with good profile

Super adorable boots. I wear an 8.5 and ordered a 9. They fit perfectly. They look a little thin, but they look pretty. I've never worn them anywhere wet, nasty or rough so I'll update them as soon as I do. They are comfortable and I would recommend going up a half size if you plan to wear thicker socks. They have a great tread pattern on the bottom. I hope to use them in Yosemite soon.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Having problems

Perfect fit, no blisters

All the experiences described in these bad reviews scared me but they don't reflect my experience! I didn't break them first and wore them 4 days in a row in Iceland and Ireland with no problems! Ever since I've been backpacking I've had to wear them to airports too and I've never had blisters or sizing issues! They are excellent value for money and have served me well on waterfall hikes and never got my feet wet. They weren't overly bulky either when I packed them up on my last day.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Negative gift

Didn't last long, not waterproof

After wearing these boots for 6 months I'm disappointed to report that at least one of the top eyelets/hooks broke in the middle of a hike. I probably did 5-10 hikes in total and wore shoes for 2 or 3 light gardening jobs. It's been a few months now, they're really starting to loosen up with use, they don't keep my feet dry when I'm walking on grass. with dew on it. Unfortunately I have to replace them less than a year after purchase. Unless you intend to use them for actual hiking/use, they…

Odd fit not worth it

Let me start by saying that it's hard to say they "fit as expected". 9 and with thick socks my toe rubs on the boot but I feel like 10 would be too big. Haven't worn them to the barn yet but when I do I will update the waterproofing and soil resistance info but after trying them on with quiet shoes it's really comfortable. Replace after use* - the sock is narrower than the rest of the boot and walking in them for 7 hours alongside horses through sand, puddles and garbage dumps left my feet dry…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Nothing here

Too sloppy for serious hiking! Just go broke and buy the best shoes!

I didn't like these boots at all. I ordered half a size larger than my normal size expecting to wear thick socks with them when trying them on at home, they felt very sloppy around my ankles and arches. like I just can't tie them tight enough. Took them on some easier hikes around my house and they were just "ok". Again, they felt very sloppy, but I put that down to not wearing thick socks. My toes felt good in the toe box as I went down a half size from my normal size expecting to wear thick…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Only available in black

Shoes trying to be boots.

Pros: Fits well, looks good, decent padding Cons: Poor workmanship, bad materials, weak rubber, easy to damage, not waterproof (sustainable at best). Extremely short service life (city shoes, not a real boot). First I'll start my review with not having a car or driver, I walk 1.3 miles to and from work every day in various terrains and conditions and with the workload I have (truck unloading/received). Shoes/boots have a very short lifespan for me. However, I figured these medium-sized "hiking"

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Some difficulties
