Review on πŸ₯Ύ Womens Waterproof Hiking Boots - Mountain Warehouse Adventurer by Viterbo Dashora

Shoes trying to be boots.

Pros: Fits well, looks good, decent padding Cons: Poor workmanship, bad materials, weak rubber, easy to damage, not waterproof (sustainable at best). Extremely short service life (city shoes, not a real boot). First I'll start my review with not having a car or driver, I walk 1.3 miles to and from work every day in various terrains and conditions and with the workload I have (truck unloading/received). Shoes/boots have a very short lifespan for me. However, I figured these medium-sized "hiking" boots would give me a good solid life for at least 3-5 months and help me get through the winter. This was not to be as within the first 3 weeks the glue holding the front edge of the shoe loosened which in turn allowed rain to penetrate the shoe. 1 week later, a small hole in the heel appeared in the sole of the shoe, further degrading the waterproof performance of the shoe. Now an accidental tear on the side of the material has destroyed any waterproofing of these boots. The bottom of the boots now feel spongy from water damage and the rubber inserts on the bottom are gone. The photos are recent shots of the shoes I still have, I bought them on November 10th and now on January 7th they are almost unusable. My advice if you need a pair of shoes that look/feel like walking shoes for light city activity. than for the price these shoes are great (the only reason they didn't get a 1 star). However, if you're looking for true hiking boots that are strong and durable, spend another $100 and go elsewhere to avoid manufacturing in China (where these boots are made).
