Very light and soft, comfortable to wear, waterproof. But it's too short for my 5 year old strong build but still average height. I had to return it.

This is a good three season jacket for colder climes and a suitable all season jacket where it never dips below freezing in winter. We bought it for climates where the temperature typically hits forty degrees Fahrenheit and I think it will be fine for that. Let's assume we haven't used it and my rating is based on looking at the jacket and comparing it to our other jackets. I pre-buy a size in the off-season to fit next year.

This is a very nice winter coat and looks exactly as advertised. It is very warm and retains heat well. It's not so swollen that it's overwhelming. It's also quite water resistant - water collects and forms beautiful beads on the surface. It may not withstand a heavy downpour, but it will definitely do in rain or snow. I haven't seen this quality in a long time! I ordered a size up to get the right fit which was a bit oversized but worn the most by the coat.
