Exact fit, easiest installation I've ever experienced! Someone did a really good job making this ad-on accessory. The crappy chrome I bought first succumbed to the vibration and the mounts broke. I highly recommend this item over any other similar decoration to fill the empty space in front of the Chevy Silverado 3500 grille.

This is exactly what I was looking for to hide the ugly oil cooler on the front of my 2017 Chevy 2500HD Duramax. I can't understand why Chevy left such an unsightly radiator open to rocks, bugs and birds. I'm so glad someone made such a nice cover for this area on these trucks that still allows for good airflow for cooling. It fit perfectly, had good instructions and was very easy to install.

The product looks great on the truck and is very easy to install. It doesn't appear to impede airflow, but it certainly doesn't let in large deposits that could damage the radiator. This is a must have for Duramax 2018. I noticed that the factory left a hole in the front of the truck under the grill which puts the transmission cooler directly above the number plate was uncovered. After only 8,000 miles on my new truck, I noticed that the radiator fins were crushed or dented by rocks hitting them at highway speeds. Installation was easy, 15 minutes. Quality parts and definitely looks a lot better if you're looking for a LED strip to put in there to light up at night. Although maybe it's just me, but it seems like my transmission temp is a bit higher because it gives the transmission cooler less airflow, so like Thag, gm leaves them open (and some Fords do).
