Looks fantastic and solid

Installed in 15 minutes with factory bolt hole. Comes with everything you need! Looks great and heavy. This is an overall screw with brackets. Don't waste your money on this cheap junk.

  • Confident
Cons
  • Not bad

THE BEST - BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!

Exact fit, easiest installation I've ever experienced! Someone did a really good job making this ad-on accessory. The crappy chrome I bought first succumbed to the vibration and the mounts broke. I highly recommend this item over any other similar decoration to fill the empty space in front of the Chevy Silverado 3500 grille.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • I won't tell

Great cover for an ugly place

This is exactly what I was looking for to hide the ugly oil cooler on the front of my 2017 Chevy 2500HD Duramax. I can't understand why Chevy left such an unsightly radiator open to rocks, bugs and birds. I'm so glad someone made such a nice cover for this area on these trucks that still allows for good airflow for cooling. It fit perfectly, had good instructions and was very easy to install.

Pros
  • Great fit for me

  • Weight

Great look and functionality. Easy installation.

The product looks great on the truck and is very easy to install. It doesn't appear to impede airflow, but it certainly doesn't let in large deposits that could damage the radiator. I would give 5 stars but the packaging is not very good. It's all metal and comes with just a piece of wax paper to keep the parts from chafing. Mine arrived with a scuff and scratch on the surface. Since the damage was extremely minor and it has stone protection (because it scratches) I decided against sending it…

  • Top marks for support and durability from testers

Product of the highest quality.

Top quality product. The Mountains2Metal grate insert is made entirely of metal (including brackets and fastening material). It was very easy (10 minutes) to install using the existing holes in the bumper frame. The insert perfectly fills the empty space in the bumper of my 2016 Silverado 2500HD High Country Duramax and is designed to keep road debris from getting into the radiator. The metal brackets hold the insert securely with mounting screws and washers (no cheap double sided tape like…

  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Useless features

Do not return to Revain if incomplete

Great product. Looks great, easy to install, my problem with Revain is here. My order arrived incomplete, I contacted Mountains to Metal and they told me it was a Revain shipping problem, ok no problem, I went back and ordered a new one. Brand new came complete and installed in minutes and looks great. Fast forward a few weeks and I get a refund for the first one. 15 dollars! For $99! Shipping cost me $15, return $26, and another $15 for a replacement. So for $241 I got a $99 piece. I should…

Quality, looks, easy install

This is a must have for Duramax 2018. I noticed that the factory left a hole in the front of the truck under the grill which puts the transmission cooler directly above the number plate was uncovered. After only 8,000 miles on my new truck, I noticed that the radiator fins were crushed or dented by rocks hitting them at highway speeds. I thought that after 100,000 miles I would have to replace the radiator as it was dented. My wife gave me this for Christmas. It's not 100% stone protection, but

Great product until my transmission gets high

Installation was easy, 15 minutes. Quality parts and definitely looks a lot better if you're looking for a LED strip to put in there to light up at night. Although maybe it's just me, but it seems like my transmission temp is a bit higher because it gives the transmission cooler less airflow, so like Thag, gm leaves them open (and some Fords do). No overheating issues yet, but where I've been it's only been 20F. We'll see as summer rolls in and I'm towing an 80 and wet with it. But like I said,

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Socket required
