It's not even the same cage. Really unstable. Our cat broke in the very first day and took the hamster away! Thank God I'm there in time! I had to put it back in the old cage. DO NOT BUY! waste of money! Insanely difficult to assemble!

Everything is held in place by tiny rubber bands that break very easily. The assembly instructions are from a different model. So good luck guessing how to do it. The bike doesn't fit at all. What is the main attraction for a hamster? I had to buy another wheel. Looks good, just like in the picture. Just make sure you don't move it too much or it will break very quickly.

I really wanted to like this. It's incredibly cute. The setup took over 3 hours! Nothing fits right. I moved the spinning wheel to where the handle should be. But it won't stop there. The holes for the tubes and wheel are too big, they just slide in and out. And the accessories broke during assembly. Costs money. no The instructions were terrible! I don't have a pet in it yet. My only complaint about this product is that it took forever to remove the plastic cover from all parts, it took longer to remove the whole thing than it did to assemble, install and move. my hamster c. I had to use a knife to rip off the plastic in the corner but it scratched the plastic itself so it was annoying. I would advise them to leave a small ledge so you can just grab and pull it out. It's super cute and seems very easy to clean!

He did what I wanted him to do, which was he didn't let our little artist escape and run across the counter. That keeps him safe and we worry less about how the heck he got out! The only problem was that the hole where the wheel was supposed to be was too big and the wheel wouldn't engage, so we had to cover it up. We take him out, put him in the ball and let him roll since he can't train in the cage itself. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

was a bit difficult to assemble because of the not very clear instructions but I managed it. My hamster loves lots of space. Delivery was fast. That looks great. I couldn't figure out how to attach the swing but it wasn't a big problem for me. I also had to replace the wheel because it was too small for my hamster. After spending several days in this cage my mouse managed to escape! I was very happy with this habitat as I figured my mouse would be able to get through the cracks. Keep in mind that the extra houses you need to cover have large slits that the mouse can and probably will go through. Collecting wasn't fun. Everything was a bit difficult.
