My biggest problem with wood is not wood at all. My router doesn't like it! After much searching and fixing why Alexa couldn't connect to the tree, it came down to my router. I had to reload it (and eventually rename the 2.4 section) to get the tree back online, so I'll be replacing that before the holidays come back. If the router cooperates, this tree is fine. However, it's nowhere near as busy as advertised, and it's actually very slim, with far fewer branches than the Revain advertising site (see photos). Delivery was very fast. The product is disappointing, does not correspond to the photo. I put a 5 foot tree on the table. I loved it because it could connect to Alexa so we could turn the tree on and off, change colors and light movement, that's the main reason I guaranteed the price.
