We used it for two different holidays, Halloween and Christmas. Halloween was perfect, the ghosts hovering beautifully over the front of the house and porch. However, Christmas was a little different, we could only see faint snowflakes, mainly because the Christmas lights are so bright. The Halloween lights are dark and this makes the projector work perfectly. This product will add something special to your holiday displays. The only limitation is determining the location for optimal effect.

works well but not very fast. I've read all the reviews about removing the material on both sides of the film. Mine definitely came with the material on a tag. I poked and poked and rubbed and looked around but couldn't find another layer of protection on the 'black' side. I wrote to the company if there are actually two shifts. What plagiarism! I should have known better and relied on the reviews, now I'll pay for it. If you don't live in total darkness (no street lights, no porch lights, no lamps in your house) and I mean dimming, then maybe try making it work as described. When I turned on the projector and pointed it at my house, I didn't see anything that looked like the image. I couldn't even tell what the pictures were (snowflakes). If you look at the picture on the packaging, you will see a brick house with snowflakes. While this concept would be nice, it's not the reality of what happens when you live on a block with thousands of other twinkling Christmas lights, a glaring street lamp, front lights, and even a bright moon. So take a look at the picture of this brick house made out of snowflakes and imagine that the snowflakes are illuminated about 50% of what is shown in the picture and that is basically what you get…
