Description of ๐Ÿ”ง 5935 Ultra-Seal Header Gaskets for Small Block Chrysler - by Mr. Gasket

Manufactured from high-temperature steel core/graphite faced exhaust material. Expanded steel core provides stability and maximum torque retention to eliminate gasket failure. Graphite impregnated facing provides excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity to transfer heat away from the cylinder head. Conforms to and seals minor surface irregularities. Can be trimmed if necessary for modified port application. Fit type: Vehicle Specific.

Goes well with my header

Got 318 for my race. Good quality and thickness. You don't have to shave to make it fit. If you have heads with ports, you can adapt them to the ports, but that's up to you.

Pros

Cons
  • Something is wrong

Excellent Fit: Manifold Gaskets

Designed to slide into place if you have studs on each side. This is the only gasket I buy that seals well and is inexpensive. My manifolds come off once a year and I buy these gaskets.

Pros
  • Good Looking
Cons
  • Anything I can add

Good Gaskets - Manifold and Accessories

I installed one of these on the driver's side manifold that blew. The seal broke right away. I found the gasket to be sitting too low so I raised it a bit higher and it sealed and was fine for a long time.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Can't remember

I fixed an exhaust leak due to the gaskets that came with my manifolds.

Had trouble with the gaskets that came with my 318 small block headers. The gasket that came with it was metal and didn't stick to the heads causing an exhaust leak, ordered them which came in about a half week or so, put a mechanic in and bam no more exhaust, works like a charm

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Style 90
