It's very hard to get clear answers in the instructions and from what I've read a lot a new one has come in that doesn't work and I think I'm one of them. So yeah I'm cheap. i like the offer I was pleasantly surprised when the heater arrived and I saw the quality of the whole construction. I was afraid that I would get a cheap heater for a cheap price. This is my second Mr Heater, I also have a 50 BTU unit. The 50,000 worked for 3 weeks before stopping and this one worked for about 1 minute. I lit it and it worked great. The fan wouldn't turn on the next day. Was on hold for about 45 minutes before I left a call back number. They'll call me back, ask me a few questions, and then say they'll send a new PCB that my other board needs too. I am generous in giving them a 3 star rating but I mean the cost of the device which is really good value…
