When I bought this distributor I couldn't take the car to the workshop right away. There was no need to rush, my old distributor works fine. However, after several days of wandering around, I managed to deliver it to my mechanic. After many failed attempts to get this new distributor to work, my mechanic was left with only one option: pull out the new distributor and reinstall the old working distributor. It's good money for something that doesn't work. I am sending it back for my return.

Installed in an SBC that had no major modifications. When I tried to set Initial + Mechanical, the timing became unpredictable - jumping around. I found that it wasn't my time gauge and when I rode it it just stopped pulling at 3000 rpm and the tachometer became erratic.
