Motherboard is crappy

Don't buy this defective motherboard. Don't think I read other reviews which I wish I had before wasting my time and money on this crap!

A piece of junk. Until you update the bios.

I had problems with this motherboard from the start. Installed a 3600xt and it took 5 minutes to even send a message, setting changes were reverted, mysterious power outages and incomplete reboots. After 30 minutes of frustration I managed to flash the latest BIOS (v1 to v1.4) and it made a HUGE difference, but it shouldn't have been that bad if it came out of the box. I'm a big fan of MSI but this was disappointing. The B450 line seemed a lot more stable than this one.

READ THIS IMPORTANT

So I didn't read the listing for Zen 3 and I built a computer for a friend and put a Ryzen 5 1600 in it. It's a ZEN 1 processor and it WORKS. It runs games very well. I'm afraid to update the BIOS to it because there is a problem. I can't run it with more than one disk? I don't know if it's the processor or what it is. However, I'm glad it works and the m.2 slot works fine as that's the type of drive I use. So even though I was stupid and didn't read, it works, works like a CHAMPION, myโ€ฆ

Good motherboard: Computer and accessories

Good motherboard with Argb control and works well with my setup. Before using, I would advise to update the bios to the latest version first and then use. I did this because I noticed people saying they wouldn't connect to hardware and what they wouldn't, and they had no problems. The only downside is that you can't overclock, but I don't overclock anyway as I can't get much more out of the CPU most of the time and if you do you'll burn it out. So I'm satisfied, it works perfectly for me.
