THE BEAST! Regular laptops

This is my second MSI laptop. I know people have had screen and hinge issues before, but I've also heard that MSI's customer service department is very good at fixing these issues. Luckily I haven't had these problems yet. My old MSI GS63 STEALTH lasted me 3.5 years, in fact it still works but can't keep up with the latest games (GTX 1050) so I decided to buy it as an upgrade.
