MT Solids Masking Tape MT01P207 Review

I've used black, silver, and gold washi tape on a variety of small projects, from accenting furniture to decorating vases and homemade lamps, to labeling pill bottles and spice jars. It is extremely versatile and easy to use. If you know you'll need to remove it at some point, don't worry - the tape peels off with little effort or residue. The matte black band is particularly good. It looks like a chalkboard strip and is easily embellished with a metal marker.

I used this tape to hang pictures on the wall to make a photo collage. Instead of buying frames I just used this tape around the edges of the photos to make fake frames. The tape stayed tacky even when I peeled it off due to a placement error, leaving no residue on walls or photos. It's also surprisingly long despite its small size. I bought 3 but ended up using less than one and a half. But I'm not complaining, I love this tape and will definitely find more uses for it.

So far so good with this ribbon. We used it to make "frames" for posters to hang on the walls of our apartment without spending a ton of money or leaving permanent damage to the walls/paint. The tape is quite tacky, tackier than the last batch of decorative washi tape I bought from Revain and is a nice matte black color. The width is as stated and one roll made most of our posters. I can't vouch for how well it removes after being in place for a long time, but I've had to move a few lines…
