MTC 7945 C 41051 Heater Control Review

Installed the valve and immediately after filling the system coolant flowed out. I reported the problem straight away and the supplier was extremely uncooperative and insisted that I provide a photo of the valve at the time of the leak which is literally impossible due to its location on the vehicle. I've heard a lot about cheaper plastic and general purpose heater control valves. a better design that lasts even longer on the cogs (I think that's true, btw). I don't consider myself a purist by any means, but due to the relative ease of installation and the snug fit right out of the box as it's an OEM part, I'm pretty happy it works as it's supposed to. Body Connection Leaking. I had to take it off and will now buy a more expensive one (hopefully with some quality). I wouldn't risk it if you argue, it looks like 2 out of 3 leaks at the time of my review. feedback to the manufacturer. I found the problem. I disassembled the valve. Shim preload was insufficient due to poor height control. I ground the hull to a lower constant height (4 areas between the retaining tabs). Suitcase retrieved and assembled.
