Unhappy with the MUBIN Online Store

After reading about MUBIN's assortment of kitchen and household goods, I had high hopes for their online store, but regrettably, my experience fell short of those hopes. On the internet, the items I ordered seemed fantastic, but when I received them, they were of terrible quality and didn't match the description. My problems were not addressed by the customer service, which was very useless. And to top it all off, the delivery was late, which was a huge hassle. I will not be using MUBIN again…

MUBIN's internet store came highly recommended, so I gave them a shot. I felt like I'd stumbled across a MOOBIN instead, unfortunately. The items I received were of low quality and not at all what was advertised. The customer service reps were unhelpful and provided me with no answers to my problems.
