Not sure if this mug will hold up to washing. The unglazed rim on the underside is very rough with small chips from the firing process. I bought it as a gift, so you can just put felt on the bottom and plant a small plant in it.

I gift wrapped this mug to my eye surgeon and when I next met him he remarked that the mug was pretty neat and made fun of it. I figured it was the least I could do to thank him for restoring my vision.

Printed on both sides. I love it because I bought it for left handers so now she can see it every time she drinks and everyone else can too. It's a mystery to me why more companies aren't doing this.

Very disappointed not this mug. Upon arrival, the letters were not clear as if the writing was blurry and melted. After a month of use, the letters began to peel off. I don't know if I'm unlucky but I wouldn't buy it again, too bad because I love it!

This mug is well made and the words look great on it. Washed several times both by hand and in the dishwasher, there were no problems. Still looks new, letters won't fade or rub off. Bought as a gift but ended up keeping it for yourself. This is now my daily coffee mug! Super funny and cute!
