no instructions and does not work on IPhone and Android

There is no instruction how to use the app. I downloaded a few on my iPhone X and Android and the ring didn't work. Download nfc tool and jakcom and smart ring others and nothing works on my iphone or my androir.

Waste of money

Didn't come with the specified instructions. Only allows 157 KB of memory, so completely useless. The signal is extremely weak. Multiple attempts are required to attempt to write to the ring. Some apps don't read the ring at all. The orientation of the ring is extremely important when trying to read and write and in my ring it only reads and writes when I use the bottom of the ring against the gemstone. In general, this is a piece of junk that has no practical application.
