great tool for making wooden boxes

I use them to join the sides of the wooden boxes that I make. These clips hold in place and allow me to line everything up before nailing or screwing the sides up and down.

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Faulty

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Only good for about 1/3 inch thickness or more

I was hoping this would help keep the dog pen square but the clamps don't quite tighten. they stop about 1/3 inch. This means your very thin boards/jobs are out of luck.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I'll write back later

Very useful little clips

Bought on a whim but they proved very useful! One of those tools that after using it makes you wonder why you suffered without it. They are small, so their usefulness with thicker materials is limited. Inexpensive and worth having in your tool box.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Useful for quick carpentry projects.

In general the clamps worked quite well. It became easier to control my joints. I really wish they were a little tighter. They hold the pieces in place well but don't put much pressure on the glue line, sometimes a tighter fit is needed.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Nothing

Strong corner hold!

Corner support for assembling boxes, frames, etc. They are light and very easy to use. The only drawback is the stiffness of the springs. It's great for holding things together, but can be tricky to work with one hand when you're holding the boards with the other hand. Overall, this is probably the best set of angle clamps I've ever used. Definitely worth your money.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Zero

Decent quality for the price paid.

They work very well for the money. I've only used them a couple of times and one of the springs popped out. It's easy to reinstall and works great, but a lot happens. The other three never did. I would take them again as they hold up well and the spring doesn't bother, especially for the price.

Pros
  • Hand Tools
Cons
  • Not as thick as other pickaxes

Not for professionals: angle clamps

This is a good product for beginners. But you'll soon discover its limitations in terms of strength, thickness, grip, and general usage. I bought two boxes (8 total) and can use them to set up the picture frames initially, but will use other jars for larger pieces. The design is cute but requires two hands to operate (which defeats the purpose of the tool).

Pros
  • clamps
Cons
  • piggy bank price

Strong corner hold!

Strong corner brace for connecting boxes, frames etc. They are lightweight and very easy to use. The only drawback is the stiffness of the springs. It's great for holding things together, but can be tricky to work with one hand when you're holding the boards with the other hand. Overall, this is probably the best set of angle clamps I've ever used. Definitely worth your money.

Pros
  • Corner Clamps
Cons
  • No power
