Perfect interchangeable buckles.

This allowed me to replace all the old buckles on my GI Alice backpack. Perfect for an old girl and breathed new life into her! Those reviews that say how an end slips or that you need turnbuckles clearly don't understand how the buckle works. It's better than perfect.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • unreliable

Good Buckles Best in Buckles

I often refer to these types of buckles as quick buckles because they are quick and easy to remove and replace if necessary. I have used them on some airsoft gear to attach a chest piece to body armor and they have worked great. If you want to do the same with real steel gears I'll probably look for a better brand.

Pros
  • Complete Set
Cons
  • Trade-In

Perfect fit for Ortlieb panniers

Our cycling family and friends all use Ortlieb panniers. We use them every day but their buckles keep breaking. We tried the Ortlieb replacement and found them impossible to install. We discovered DYZD on Revain and found they work great. We are ordering more to keep it in stock.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

not compatible with most other similar clips.

Bought to fix broken buckles. The problem is that they are not a replacement as they do not fit most other buckles. All you have to do is cut/break the good buckle and swap both parts to make it work. I now have several hours of grinding and cutting with a dremel to make them compatible with other buckles.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Incompatible with sewing supplies and supplies

Over the years I have purchased many 1 inch plastic side release buckles from various companies. For some reason, this is the first time I've encountered incompatible buckles. WITH EVERYTHING ELSE If you're just using the male and female ends (just with each other) that might be fine, but if you're hoping to marry your existing gear, buy elsewhere.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging

Powerful and hard!

Has become much better than expected! Heavy duty (not the lightest in the world but when you use an inch and a half strap you need something this heavy duty). I currently have 4 straps on my Leader 70l bag. Backpack straps are not easy to remove. Added and problem solved! I just stuffed 100 pounds of gear in my bag and carried it on my backpack strap. No slipping or worries when unpacking!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive
