Didn't get what I ordered, expected 24 double rolls, got packs of 6 rolls that said doubles but look like regular rolls. Accept my changes personally in the store.

This isn't the boring Viva you're used to when you're shopping for your favorite paper towels. This is a grossly cheap version that's a step above the required bounty. upset.

It's not the same as the Viva wipes I'm used to. It's more like regular paper towels. The word "Viva" is written on them. I prefer the Viva towel I've bought in the past; although they are more expensive.

These are by no means your old trusty Viva towels. When I opened them I saw that I had been kidnapped! I don't know if it was the captive Corona Virus audience that allowed this defacing of a once great product but they should be ashamed to sell this! Never again

I'm pretty sure the ones I received were fake. After using the Viva for many years I have grown accustomed to the soft feel of the fabric. The ones I got were scratchy, didn't absorb well (or quickly), and fell apart as soon as there was friction. The normal ones are on the left and the ones I just received are on the right.

This is more of a warning than a complaint to customers. We didn't research and assumed that Viva still only has one product - the original. Viva created a lower quality towel to reduce costs and I assume to increase profits on their part. This version is very crunchy, doesn't absorb well and doesn't measure up to Bounty or other big brands. If you are looking for their original/signature, please read the descriptions carefully.

I like Viva paper towels because they look like cloth and the product description actually says they look like cloth. What I received was Viva which was written all over the package but it is NOT Viva. These towels are thin and rough, worse than store-bought paper towels. These are not the Viva paper towels we think of when we hear Viva. These are thin, regular paper towels, nothing like the thick, cloth-like, smooth ones I've ordered. I didn't know that Viva makes regular paper towels, so I didn't notice the information in the description before ordering. I will not be returning them as they are suitable for everyday use in the kitchen. But if you're looking for nicer fabrics that really feel like fabric, you'll obviously want those named *Viva Signature Cloth*
